Paul Joseph, C.P.M.
Paul heads up the Government and Higher Education departments at Vision House and has extensive experience in the review, award and administration process involving grants and contracts. He served as Director of Procurement in Federal and State governments, hospitals and other healthcare institutions and three universities.
Paul holds a BS in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Scranton. He is a lifetime Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.).
